@talentEgal IN A FEW WORDS

In France, just 4% of students who have a disability graduate from a business or engineering school. It was with this statistic in mind that Alcatel-Lucent, which is now part of Nokia, created the @talentEgal association in 2010, together with 6 partner schools. The goal is to support students with disabilities on their journey towards graduating from higher education. Adding the Safran Group in 2013, SII in 2016 and Dassault Systèmes in 2017, the association now works with 4 companies and 8 different partner schools.
