About us

In October 2010, faced with the challenge of recruiting students with disabilities, Alcatel-Lucent—now Nokia—founded the @talentEgal association in partnership with 6 schools.

Its mission ? To support students with disabilities in earning a higher education degree, paving the way for smoother access to employment.

We believe it is a company’s responsibility to ensure that everyone can be recruited, integrated, and supported based on one essential criterion: skills. That’s why it is vital to provide students with disabilities the opportunity to follow the same training programs as everyone else

The association works closely with partner companies that have an active disability inclusion policy as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and are seeking for skilled and qualified people.

How to join?

Choosing to be supported by @talentEgal is primarily an individual decision. To be eligible, you simply need to:

  • Be currently enrolled in, or wish to join, one of our partner schools
  • Have a disability

What support do we offer?

Students receive personalized, one-on-one support from the association, along with access to experts from our partner companies for various needs (career guidance, human resources, languages, and more).

Additionally, students benefit from interview preparation, CV writing assistance, easy access to job, apprenticeship, and internship offers from our partner companies.

This support complements the resources already available within each of our partner schools.

Our goal is to prepare students as effectively as possible for the professional world and ensure a successful transition into employment.
