@talentEgal provides personalized, one-on-one support to students with disabilities from partner schools, guiding them throughout their higher education and into employment. Its program creates a genuine bridge between high school, higher education, and the professional world. Students will enjoy a full range of support services, from personalized tutoring and easier access to job, apprenticeship, and internship opportunities, to interview coaching and in-depth preparation for the professional workplace. Our goal is to identify each student’s potential, develop their skills and employability, and ensure alignment between their career aspirations and the needs of the business world. 

@talentEgal actively contributes to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at fostering the effective, realistic, and sustainable inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce.
