The association supports students in pushing beyond their limits, helping them overcome obstacles and nurture their ambitions for a fulfilling and successful future.
@talentEgal connects the students with disabilities it supports to its partner companies, helping them achieve their recruitment goals for people with disabilities. It also offers personalized advice on implementing disability inclusion policies and conducts awareness-raising activities for employees and HR teams.
@talentEgal is committed to working alongside its partner companies to strengthen their social impact and visibility, showcasing their dedication to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The association maintains a close and dynamic collaboration with its partner schools to provide optimal support for students with disabilities. It implements awareness-raising initiatives targeted at teachers and administrative staff to promote a genuine culture of inclusion and inform them about possible pedagogical accommodations.
It also engages with students through various formats such as interactive workshops, lectures, and tailored awareness activities. These initiatives aim to raise disability awareness so that students become active ambassadors of a culture of openness and respect throughout their studies and professional careers.
By fostering dialogue and exchange, the association helps build an educational and professional environment that is truly disability-friendly.
Awareness-raising for students
@talentEgal works with high school students with disabilities to combat self-censorship and encourage them to consider pursuing higher education, including long-term studies. Although the 2005 law increased the number of students with disabilities in higher education, most remain concentrated at the undergraduate level, with their numbers decreasing in advanced cycles.
@talentEgal also raises awareness among higher education institutions (universities and schools) about the necessary pedagogical accommodations to support students with disabilities. Through workshops and presentations, the association promotes better understanding of disabilities and the possible adaptations to foster student success.
Support by an employee mentor
Because the corporate world can feel distant for any student—whether they have a disability or not—@talentEgal has partnered with its companies to rely on their employees as mentors.
With individualized and personalized support, students followed by the association have the opportunity to engage with and be guided by an employee mentor throughout their exploration of the professional world. This mentor can explain how their academic training applies in practice, share insights about company roles, discuss career planning, and help open their professional network.
Students may also receive support in learning and practicing English or participate in activities such as mock interviews.

As needs evolve throughout their studies and as their aspirations and career plans become clearer, @talentEgal stands alongside students to support them during this journey and help them unlock their full potential.
Preparation for professional integration
@talentEgal supports students with disabilities from partner schools throughout their entire academic journey and up to the successful completion of their probationary period. This includes interview preparation, CV writing, and coaching sessions to equip them for the corporate world and ensure a smooth transition into employment.
For this transition to be successful, students must be supported. That’s why @talentEgal values listening to each student’s aspirations and needs, helping them find internships, apprenticeships, or job opportunities that match their career goals, academic background, and potential.

This privileged relationship enables students we support to gain easier access to internship, apprenticeship, and job opportunities within these companies.
